We had our vehicle repaired at James Alpe over past couple of months. Their service and help throughout was excellent, with great attention to detail and finish, brilliant communication. They made us feel looked after from the moment we took our vehicle in and John Holmes our main contact managed our expectations brilliantly. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment. All the staff involved, including reception made us feel well looked after and the end result was superb.

Great service, high quality repairs. My car was collected the day after my accident and was courteously efficiently delivered back by a friendly driver in a very smart looking Volvo truck, who talked me through the paperwork and guarantees. My car is in showroom condition and had been valeted on the interior too! Highly recomended company!
